2. Prices and Fees

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including value-added tax (VAT). Any shipping costs and fees will be listed separately before the purchase is completed.

3. Order and Agreement

An agreement for purchase is concluded when you place an order in our online store and receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. The payment terms may vary depending on the selected method.

5. Delivery Terms

The delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.The risk for the item passes to you when it has been delivered to you.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item.

• You must notify us within this period if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

7. Complaints and Warranty

You have the right to complain about a product within three years according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Any warranties are specified in the product information.

8. Liability

We are responsible for ensuring that the item corresponds to the agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages such as t.ex. lost income. Force majeure (t.ex. natural disasters, strikes, or war) exempts us from liability.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). More information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).

2. Prices and fees

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT. Shipping costs and other fees apply as agreed.

3. Order and agreement

Orders are binding when the order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

4. Payment Terms

For companies purchasing in our webshop, the payment options offered at checkout during the order process apply. We do not offer purchases on invoice unless a specific written agreement has been made in advance.

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery is made according to agreed terms, generally according to CIP Incoterms 2010. The risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Stated delivery times are approximate.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt. Complaints must be made in writing without delay, but no later than 14 days after delivery. Any warranties are specified separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for defects in delivered goods or services is limited to what is expressly stated in these terms.
We are only liable for direct damages, and our liability is in all circumstances limited to an amount corresponding to the price of the relevant goods.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, consequential damages, or economic losses such as loss of production, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages to third parties.
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Force majeure

We are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Swedish law shall apply. Disputes between the parties shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If this fails, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish general court.
