Warranty and right of complaint 

• Our products are covered by a 1-year product warranty.
• The warranty covers defects that occur despite normal use.
• In addition to the warranty, you always have 3 years right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

Right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Act)

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item.
• If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify us in writing via letter or email before the withdrawal period has expired.
• You can use the Consumer Agency's standard form https://www.konsumentverket.se/, but it is not a requirement.

How to proceed with a return

1. Contact us at info@speedheater.com or 031-336 85 50.
2. Return the item to:
   Speedheater System AB, Norrlandsgatan 1, 441 57 Alingsås
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund

Once we have received the item and checked its condition, we will refund the full purchase amount as well as any shipping costs. Please note the following:

1. Substantially unchanged condition

   • The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

2. Examination of the item

   • You have the right to examine the item to determine its characteristics and functionality.

   • If the item is handled more than necessary, we have the right to make a deduction for the depreciation that has occurred.

   • The deduction is assessed based on the condition of the item upon return in relation to its original condition.

3. Full refund

   • To receive a full refund, we recommend that the item is returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.

• Additional shipping costs (t.ex. express shipping) are not refundable.
• Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation, but not before we have received the item back.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.

 

• Right of withdrawal and returns for businesses
• The right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to businesses.
• Returns can only be made after special agreement with us at Speedheater System AB.
• Complaints must be made within 7 days after receiving the delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
