Do all stores have all the machines?
All retailers always have the opportunity to sell all our machines. However, not all of them have all of them in stock at the moment. Some of the chains and stores have stock balances on their websites where you can see what is in the local warehouse. But if you want to know for sure, take a trip to your nearest store. If they don't have the machine you want at home at the moment, they can always order it for you.
Can I buy spare parts and accessories in store?
It differs slightly from store to store how much of our range they take in. Most of them take in the scrapers, but not all of them take in spare parts.
If you need service or help with repairs, you can also contact us directly and we will help you. Speedheater Systems last for decades, so we accept all machines for service, no matter how old they are.
Can I get help choosing a model in the store?
Yes, most of our dealers are knowledgeable about Speedheater and can show you the different benefits of each model. However, the level of knowledge varies from dealer to dealer, but you can always contact us if you have any further questions that you need answered.
What should I do if there is no store near me?
We have retailers with stores in many countries, but not really everywhere. However, we sell here, directly from speedheater.com, and ship worldwide, so you can get it directly to your home or to a dealer near you.
Are the prices the same in stores as in the online store?
Our target price is always the same, and that's the price you'll find here in our own online store. However, each retailer has the right to set their own prices, have their own promotions, and offer different delivery methods, shipping costs, and levels of personal service.
Can I exchange, complain or repair products in stores?
Each dealer offers a slightly different level of service.
What is common to all is that you have a right of withdrawal according to law and the same guarantee on the products.
